Michelle Leufstedt has recently received her CDA, Child Development Associate from Washington.  This credential  involves being observed working with children and requires college child development classes.  Having a CDA enhances the quality of care for your child by defining, evaluating and recognizing the competence of providers.  In addition, she continually attends educational trainings acquiring over 200 hours in three years.
